An online publication called the Gilroy Dispatch recently ran a story based around a question from a reader, who asked this: "My agent is recommending a lot of expensive inspections. What do I really need and why?" The article did a great job answering the question about why such inspections are necessary, and let the reader know that their real estate agent wasn't trying to make them spend a lot of money, but was instead making sure the reader, a potential home buyer, made an informed decision about the property they were looking to buy.
